The owner and operator of My Child & Me Fun Center, Debra Votta, obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University in Long Island New York. Her vivid memories of becoming a parent and the challenges she and her  husband faced as parents made her realize the importance of “normalizing” what people feel when they become parents.

Deb's personal experience coupled with her knowledge in working with family systems was the driving force in wanting to bring parents together to share their experiences in an environment that fosters support and the opportunity to network together. Additionally, My Child & Me Fun Center hopes to assist in building bridges for families who do not have a support system within their reach and offer linkages to resources that are available in the community.
